EKEC1 OCPP1.6J protocal EV Charging is using COPP1.6J protocal with WIFI, Ethernet, 2G/3G/4G communictaion,
internal components we choosing module din-rail product, such as module design EV charge controller, RCD and module contactor,
kWH meter can optiobal, various addtional functions can be configured according to customer demand, the products comply with IEC61851-1 standard.
Advantages:
1)The EV Charger bulit in a type A RCCB+DC6mA RCMU or a type B RCD complying with the requirement of IEC 61851 standard clause 8.5 Residual current protective devices. Bulit in RCD with a lockable window, so can power on and off also can Monthly testing RCD function
2)Can add a RFID module and cards,using card start/stop charging, card number can customized, also can add new by customer themself(No billing card)
3)Can add a LCD screen display rated current voltage, and charging time,Charging stutus, Charging falut code, if together with a kWM can read real time current/voltage/power status and having Over current, over/under voltage protection
4)Can working with a DLB current monitoring device for a DLB function, the device can using CT for single phase or a RS485 communication kWH meter for both single phase or theree phase
5)Socket type can add a electronic lock
6)Can customized with PEN loss fault protection
7)Different power 3.5KW/7.3KW/11KW/22KW are same charger housing
8)Insise module device are more easy maintain and repair,it using module contactor instead of relay will have a good electric life and electric clearrance promise,anti-gigh and low temperature
9)Inside controller can connected to operator service OCPP1.6J protocal backend (OCPP 2.0.1 protocal under development)
